Investment description
Picturesque and full of greenery, Różanka is one of the most interesting and rapidly developing districts of Wrocław. It is there, not far from the Odra River, that Nowe Miasto Różanka [the New City of Różanka] is being erected — a housing development with modern and refined architecture that will blend in with its surroundings and create a homely retreat for future residents.
Nowe Miasto [New City] Różanka Młynarska
Nowe Miasto Różanka Młynarska is one of the stages of the construction of Nowe Miasto Różanka complex, comprised of ten residential buildings, including the restored Młyn [Mill] and Villa “Rosa”, as well as stage IB. The housing development has not lost its post-industrial style, thanks to the preservation of the brick façade. Meanwhile those who love beautiful stucco, ornaments and warm colours found their place in the stage of Nowe Miasto Różanka Villa “Rosa” reconstruction.
It is a building that formerly functioned as an office and residential part of the historic “Młyn Różanka” mill.
The building erected during the final stage of the development project will be located on Żmigrodzka and Młynarska Streets and will consist of 7 above-ground floors and 1 underground floor. The offer will include 186 flats ranging in size from approx. 35 to approx. 105 sqm and with layouts from two to four rooms. Three flats will have spacious terraces, which will be located on the roof of the building. All other flats will have balconies and loggias. The car owners will be provided with parking spaces in the underground parking lot, as well as above-ground spaces designated outside the development. The future residents will also find a pram storage room and a bike room on the ground floor level. From the side of Mlynarska Street and on the north side, 8 commercial units will be designed, with floor space ranging from approx. 40 to over 90 sqm. The future residents of Młynarska Street will be able to enjoy a carefully designed courtyard, which will be located inside the housing development and will be a perfect place for recreation and relaxation. It is a building that formerly functioned as an office and residential part of the historic “Młyn Różanka” mill.

Nowe Miasto Młyn [Mill] Różanka
The fifth stage of Nowe Miasto Różanka development project will be the renovated building of the former “Kaszarnia” [Groat Mill], with 112 flats ranging in size from 25 to 126 sqm and with layouts from one to five rooms. The residents will have 79 convenient storage units located inside the building at their disposal. The car owners will be provided with above-ground parking spaces and a charging station for electric cars. The commercial units, which will be located in the ground floor and in the tower with terraces, will be an additional advantage. The offer for future business buyers will include both small units of more than 45 sqm, and more spacious retail and commercial units of up to 267 sqm. The post-industrial style will be maintained in the entire building, which, thanks to its brick façade, will fit in perfectly with the prevailing architectural trends.
